Group Dance and Fitness Classes – Hosted at our Chicago Heights Facility

Our Chicago Heights facility includes an 800 square foot fitness gym with stall bars, treadmills, TRX equipment and free-weights. Personal trainers will be available to help you develop a customized program to meet your needs and certified coaches will lead group fitness classes such as Yoga, Cardio Dance, Barre, circuit training, kick-boxing and more to be added.

The majority of our fitness and alternative classes, as well as personal trainers are all hosted at our Chicago Heights facility.
Limited services are available at our satellite studio in New Lenox.

Additionally we offer:

  • Gym with TRX, treadmill, stationary bike, stall bars, free weights, squat rack, etc
    • Basic gym memberships also available
  • Male and Female locker rooms
  • Social lounge with Wi-Fi
  • Retail shop

 


Barre Classes – 60 Minutes

Prerequisite: None but must arrive 20 minutes early to first class in order to sign in and receive a brief tour of the facility.
All levels are welcome. Modifications provided based upon ability.

This class combines ballet-inspired moves with small weights and other light equipment

Circuit Training Classes – 60 Minutes

This class works on strength and endurance using a variety of equipment keeping your workout fresh and different every time you work out

Open Gym

This is time for clients to use the gym for independent training.

  • Staff may be present or room may be monitored remotely
  • Fitness clients must attend an assessment with a personal trainer to use squat racks or perform chest presses without a staff spotter
  • Staff is available on a limited basis for spotting
  • Clients may not spot for each other unless they have been assessed by a personal trainer
